Definitions
In this
Agreement, unless
the context
otherwise requires,
the following
expressions have the
following meanings:
'Supplier'
means Linc Secure

'Goods' means
the goods or
services supplied by
Linc Secure's
website address:
www.lincsecure.co.uk.
'Customer'
means the person or
company who
purchases or agrees
to purchase goods or
services from Linc Secure.
Customer Support
and Service
If you have a
problem with any of
the goods we supply
and install, you
should phone us on
0845 123 2599
between 9.00 am and
17.30 pm Monday to
Friday or email us
at info@lincsecure.co.uk,
and we will be
pleased to offer you
technical support.
If we are unable
to rectify the
problem over the
phone, we will have
to send an engineer
for a call-out to
your premises to
repair or replace
any faulty goods.
Call-out charges
start from £35 for
the first half hour
and £20 per hour
thereafter. If you
have faulty products
that are within your
warranty period, the
faulty products will
be replaced and
installed free of
charge.
Bookings &
Payments Accepted
On confirmation
of customers orders,
there is a 50%
deposit made payably
to Linc Secure up to 2 weeks prior
to installations.
The remaining
balance being
payable on
completion of your
installation. We
accept BACS, bank
transfer payments or
£ Sterling cheques
drawn on UK clearing
banks, payable to Linc Secure
and sent to the
address set out
above.
Confirmation of
Payment
Payments made by
customers using BACS,
bank transfer will
be authorised by our
third party HSBC
Bank. Linc Secure
will send the
customer
confirmation of any
payments either by
post or by email
electronic format.
Cancellations
You may cancel
your order by giving
us notice of
cancellation within
7 days of the date
of placing your
order. If you have
an installation date
booked for an alarm
system to be
installed, there
will be an
administration
charge of £35 for
cancelling your
order.
Currency of
Transaction
All prices are in
£ Sterling. Any
orders placed with Linc Secure
will be converted
from £ Sterling
into your currency
by your bank when
they process the
transaction. Please
remember that
currency rates
change all the time
and even the online
currency conversion
rate displayed may
differ to the rate
when your
transaction is
processed by your
bank.
Errors on Your
Bill
If you find a
mistake on your
bill, you can
dispute the charge
and withhold payment
on that amount while
the charge is being
investigated. The
error might be a
charge for the wrong
amount, for
something you didn't
accept, or for an
item that wasn't
delivered as agreed.
Of course, you still
have to pay any part
of the bill that's
not in dispute,
including finance
and other charges.
Privacy and
Security
Our online
payment service has
been designed to
ensure maximum
security and
confidentiality.
When you make an
online payment, you
will be requested to
provide your
personal contact
details. If there is
a problem or query
with your
transaction, this
information will
greatly assist us
should we have to
contact you. This
personal information
will be used for no
other purpose and is
subject to the Linc Secure's
Data Protection
Rules .
Actual financial
transactions are
hosted by HSBC Bank,
a third party
Internet financial
service which
provides a secure
environment to
protect your
transactions. Your
bank account
information is NOT
transmitted outside
the secure site.
Our Rights
We reserve the
right to: modify or
withdraw,
temporarily or
permanently, this
Website (or any part
thereof) with or
without notice to
you and you confirm
that we shall not be
liable to you or any
third party for any
modification to or
withdrawal of the
Website; and/or
change the
Conditions from time
to time, and your
continued use of the
Website (or any part
thereof) following
such change shall be
deemed to be your
acceptance of such
change. It is your
responsibility to
check regularly to
determine whether
the Conditions have
been changed. If you
do not agree to any
change to the
Conditions then you
must immediately
stop using the
Website.

reserves the right
to change these
Terms and any other
information it has
issued about the
products and
services on this
website at any time.
